Start with the submission process.
To begin, please complete the handbag consignment submission process. This allows our team to review your photos, item details, proof when available, and overall fit before intake.
You may submit up to 6 handbags or accessories at one time, with a maximum of 30 photos total per submission. There is no per-item photo cap, but the full submission cannot exceed 30 photos.
Please include clear photos of
- Front and back
- Interior
- Hardware, logo, zipper pulls, lock, key, chain, or strap details
- Serial number, date code, authenticity chip, or authenticity card when available
- Corners, handles, straps, edges, and visible wear
- Included accessories such as dust bag, box, strap, receipt, pouch, or boutique card
Intake information may include
- Valid government-issued ID, such as a Driver’s License or Passport
- Proof of purchase when available, such as a receipt, boutique card, order confirmation, purchase history, or original packaging
- Current contact information for intake records and consignment communication
- Additional photos or information if something requires closer review
Before any handbag is accepted, our team reviews the submission for brand, condition, market demand, documentation, resale potential, and authentication eligibility.
We are generally looking for authenticated luxury handbags and accessories in excellent, very good, or carefully maintained condition, with an original retail value of $1,000 USD or higher.
To comply with intake and City of Scottsdale requirements, consignors must provide a valid Driver’s License or Passport.
Once your photos and information are received, our team will review your submission and let you know if the item appears eligible for intake. We typically follow up within 1–2 business days.
Please do not bring items in without completing the submission process first. Pre-review helps us avoid unnecessary trips, reduce back-and-forth, and focus time on pieces that are a strong fit for resale.

List
If approved, your item is photographed, priced, listed, and marketed.
When you drop off your handbag, we will create an intake record for the item, provide a receipt documenting the item or items left in our possession, secure the handbag while it moves through authentication and review, and complete our authentication process before the item is priced, listed, or offered for sale.
After authentication is complete, we evaluate pricing based on brand, condition, demand, comparable sales, and current market value.
If approved for consignment, we will prepare your consignment agreement for review and signature. Once complete, your handbag will be professionally photographed and listed across our selling platforms.
Our standard consignment split is 50/50 for most luxury handbags and accessories. Items with an original retail price of $5,000 or more may qualify for an elevated 65 percent consignor split, based on brand, condition, authenticity, current market demand, and resale positioning.
For clients who prefer an immediate payout rather than consignment, we may offer a buy-out option for select luxury handbags and accessories. Buy-out eligibility and pricing are evaluated item by item and begin with the same photo submission process used for consignment.
Payment is issued only after the item has been physically inspected and fully validated.
Every handbag must meet our standards before it moves forward.
No guesswork. No shortcuts. No exceptions. Submitting an item does not guarantee acceptance.
