Return eligibility is determined by Lost & Found Resale. Reviews are based on whether the item received differs materially from the photos, listing description, or disclosed condition details available at the time of sale.

Every item offered by Lost & Found Resale is evaluated before listing through a human-guided review supported by advanced large-scale AI systems.

For handbags and accessories, we review construction, materials, stitching, hardware, engravings, logos, date codes, serial details, finish, shape, and comparative reference data.

For jewelry, every item is reviewed by a certified professional jeweler. If an item requires additional confirmation, or if any detail is uncertain, we take it to a professional jewelry store for further evaluation.
